Projected Financials Builder — the bank's provisional + projected set, built live and balanced
Type last year's sales and you have the bank's set: the provisional year and three projected years, balanced by construction, with the ratios a credit officer reads first. Nothing leaves this browser.

What this avoids. A projected balance sheet that does not balance, a DSCR under 1.25 or a current ratio under 1.33 is the first thing a credit officer finds, and the file comes back. And a CA who lets a forecast be called certified is in Clause (3), Part I, Second Schedule territory — so the report page prints the assumptions above the signature, says compiled and examined, and carries the clause on its face.
If what you need is a signature rather than a spreadsheet — someone to compile the provisional statements under SRS 4410 and report on the projections under SAE 3400 for the bank — Karan does these. Rebuilding the file by hand every renewal is an afternoon; this is ten minutes.
How this works
Where the bank borrowing comes from. Every projected year is balanced by construction: the tool works out what the business needs, funds it from your capital, loans and creditors, and the cash credit is whatever is left over. That is why the balance sheet always balances and why a funding gap shows up as "more cash credit than your limit".
The two DSCR views. The DSCR here is the term-debt view — cash accruals over term-loan interest plus principal repaid. Some lenders instead put all interest in both halves; the interest-cover row on the ratios tab is that second view.
MPBF. The "indicative bank finance the norms allow" row is the Tandon second method — 75% of current assets less the current liabilities other than bank borrowing. It is indicative only; your sanction letter decides the limit.
Depreciation and tax. Depreciation is a flat written-down-value rate on the opening net block plus the year's additions — not Schedule II and not section 33. Tax uses the rates in force for tax year 2026-27 and is assumed unchanged in later years; surcharge, loss set-off and the proprietor's other income are not modelled.
How the folds are filled. When you change last year's sales, every rupee figure you have not edited yourself is rescaled from the sample in the same proportion, so the set stays plausible. Percentages, days and rates never move, and anything you have typed yourself is never rescaled again.
