These are two separate applications with two separate clause lists. Doing one does not do the other.

This single answer decides between the provisional form and the regular form.

Defaults to today. Applications filed from 1 April 2026 go under the Income-tax Act, 2025 and use the new forms.

Where this tool stops

This picker reads the statute against the facts you entered. It cannot read your trust deed, judge whether your objects are genuinely charitable, or tell you whether your activities have "commenced" in the sense the Commissioner will accept — and those are exactly the questions that decide a registration.
